Urban Apostle was founded by a husband and wife team fueled by a shared passion for spreading the gospel. God completely changed our lives years ago when we were both saved and began our walk with Christ together.

OUR TESTIMONY
I joined the Army at 18 years old and went on to become a reconnaissance specialist. Later, I moved to Boston for a while with some friends and felt myself straying further and further away from God. I always believed in Him and would pray often. However, I had not yet come to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
Upon returning home, I studied Multimedia and Graphic Design and realized that I was happiest when I was creating art. Not long after, I met my wife, and we began our family and journey together.
On January 4th, 2008, I met a friend for coffee, and he invited me to church. We went to Bible Baptist Church, and as we were in the sanctuary, the door opened and closed behind us. It was a couple of friends from back in the day. I was surprised and confused to see them. They said they had been praying for me and that they came that day to meet me to ask if I was ready to be saved and accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I accepted, and I'm so grateful that I did.
OUR TESTIMONY
I would talk to my wife about God and everything I was learning. I would pray for her salvation without ceasing. Looking back, my approach was not always the most subtle, and I probably could have done a better job evangelizing. However, despite this, after a few years of praying, my wife asked me if I could get her a Bible. I pretended that it was no big deal, but I was elated on the inside. I drove to my church and blurted out the words, "I need a Bible immediately."
We began to read together and watch sermons online. A little while later, she asked me to pray with her, and she chose to accept Christ as her Savior.
Fast forward to today, and we are a Christian family of five. We are so grateful to God for everything He does in our lives, and we truly want to help others come to know Him so they can experience the transformative power of Christ in their lives.
